The role

• Prepare and cook food to a high standard
• Follow menus and portion requirements
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness
• Work effectively as part of a busy kitchen team

Requirements

• Previous kitchen experience appropriate to the role
• Level 2 Food Safety training
• Allergen training
• Reliable and professional approach
