In addition to the £26,695 salary, there are also benefits on tap – including… n Annual leave (increasing with length of service), a generous pension scheme (matched up to 9%), potential to earn bonuses, enhanced maternity / adoption leave and access to a great range of online and high street discounts. n We also promote positive health and wellbeing by offering free access to healthcare, our popular YuLife app, our Cycle to Work scheme and more! n As a Sales Assistant / Delivery Driver based ina brand new branch in Leicester you’ll be responsible for: n n n Driving a 3.5T van delivering plumbing and heating supplies to our customers in the local area. n n Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations n n Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude n n Proactively contacting customers to build relationships and drive branch sales particularly focusing on customers with reduced or inactive spending n n Assisting with general warehouse duties including picking & packing customer orders, unpacking and putting away deliveries which will involve manual handling of heavy items e.g. boilers, radiators, sinks and toilets n n Ensuring high standards are maintained in the branch n n This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday – Friday between 07.00am – 5.00pm and Saturdays on a rota basis 8.00am – 12.00pm. n And here’s what we’d like you to have: n n n Full UK Driving Licence is essential n n Prior industry experience would be advantageous n n Previous Face to Face customer service is essential n n Prior warehouse experience would be ideal n n Willingness to work as a part of a team and to take on a diverse role n n Proactive and eager to learn, demonstrating a positive attitude and strong work ethic n n Proficient in computer skills n n To be comfortable lifting heavy items n n We look forward to receiving your application! n n JBRP1_UKTJ
