Zachary Daniels Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing start-up to appoint a Head of Operations. The role offers a hands-on opportunity to build the infrastructure, systems and processes required for rapid growth, working closely with the founder and leadership team.

You will own the operational engine, scale the business efficiently and profitably. Salary is £70,000 – £80,000 plus a 15% bonus and potential equity.
