Senior Contract Manager – Leisure & Community Health

Leisure People in Surrey/Southwest London is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee 3 high-volume leisure centres generating over £8.5M in revenue. You will lead the General Managers and a large HOD team, driving service excellence and strong commercial performance.

The role focuses on delivering a commercial strategy, expanding swimming lessons and gym memberships, and ensuring safety and compliance. You will collaborate with local authorities and stakeholders, with mobility to travel regularly.
