Bimplus in Bath is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take responsibility for the commercial management of projects ranging from £500k to £10m in healthcare, education, refurbishment, fit-out and occupied buildings.
You will work closely with operational teams, clients and subcontractors, lead procurement through to final accounts, and deliver effective value engineering while maintaining strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
