Advanced Practitioner, Social Care – Mentor & Practice Leader

Walsall Council is seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join the Adult Social Care East Locality Team. The post supports the Team Manager, helps improve outcomes for adults, ensures staff follow legislation, council policies and Social Work England standards.

You will mentor staff, contribute to practice improvement, participate in professional development sessions and ensure high-quality reflective supervision and appraisal for a small team.
