Field Operations & Customer Service Leader

Carroll Cleaning is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead our field-based Area Manager team across multiple contracts. You will drive service excellence, coach managers, and ensure high standards in client delivery from site to site.

With 2–3 years in senior ops or management in service delivery, you’ll manage budgets, KPIs and client expectations. A UK driving licence is essential, IOSH Safe preferable. We offer a competitive salary and company car.
