Sales Office Manager – Lead Revenue for Meetings & Events

Compass Group UK & Ireland’s Yarnfield Park venue is seeking a commercially minded Sales Office Manager to lead the reservations, meetings and events sales operation. You’ll drive revenue, manage diary strategy and develop the Sales Office team to deliver against targets.

Working closely with the General Manager and operations, you’ll balance proactive sales with strong processes, build key client relationships and ensure service excellence across bedrooms, meetings and events.
