Office Manager & Team Leader — Drive Performance

ALH Recruitment are recruiting for an Office Manager for the Boston area in Lincolnshire. You will lead a team of 15+ employees and oversee the day-to-day running of the office, while maintaining a positive culture where staff feel valued.

Reporting to the Technical Support Manager, you will shape strategy, lead and develop your team, driving high performance and exceptional customer support. Call Centre team leading experience is advantageous but not essential.
