Lead Site Manager, Roofing & Cladding – Data Centre Project

Roofing Today is seeking a hands-on Site Manager to run day-to-day operations on the roofing and cladding package of a major data centre project over a 12-month programme. You will manage labour and subcontractors, maintain programme alignment and QA records, and lead progress meetings on site.

You’ll coordinate design changes, materials, and communications between site, design and commercial teams to ensure the works meet schedule and quality standards.
