Senior Health & Safety Manager – Care & Social Housing

St Monica Trust is seeking a senior Health and Safety leader to oversee and continuously improve health and safety across multiple retirement communities, including care homes and domiciliary services. You will ensure residents, colleagues and visitors are protected from harm while embedding safe systems of work and a proactive safety culture.

The role involves acting as the Competent Person, governance, policy development, and extensive stakeholder engagement across sites.
