Senior Electrical Engineer

A very reputable multidisciplinary engineering consultancy with multiple offices throughout the UK. They are currently engaged in a number of projects ranging in size across Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Mixed-Use and more. Highly technical and well experienced senior management with clear plans outlined for staff development and progression. Trusting and flexible working environment. Role & Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design projects from concept to completion.
• Produce calculations, specifications and technical drawings.
• Design LV distribution, lighting, small power and life-safety systems.
• Coordinate designs with other MEP disciplines.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and project teams.
• Support and mentor junior engineers.
• Undertake site surveys and provide construction-stage support.

Qualifications & Experience

• HNC/HND or degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
• 5+ years’ electrical building services design experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK standards and regulations.
• Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Proven experience delivering projects from concept to construction.
• Strong communication and project-management skills.
• Chartered/working towards professional accreditation desirable.
