Engineering Manager: Lead Asset Reliability & Safety

Biffa, the UK’s leader in the circular economy, is seeking an Engineering Manager at Aldridge PRF to own site engineering performance, develop people, embed standards, and influence safety, reliability and cost.

You will lead the onsite engineering team, implement best-practice maintenance, drive PM compliance above 95%, manage contractors, and contribute to CAPEX planning while ensuring engineering is a trusted partner to Operations.
