Shifts: Day Shift, Early finish on Friday

The Role

As Health, Safety &; Environmental Advisor, you will help maintain high standards across the site. You will work with colleagues at all levels to improve safety, environmental performance and workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain risk assessments and safe systems of work.
• Support ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 compliance.
• Manage incident reporting and investigate trends.
• Carry out audits, inspections and workplace assessments.
• Support the ergonomics and PPE programmes.
• Monitor and close health, safety and environmental actions.
• Deliver health and safety training.
• Support emergency response planning and site drills.
• Promote continuous improvement and a positive safety culture.

About You

• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety systems.
• Good understanding of ISO 14001.
• Manufacturing or engineering experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organised, proactive and detail-focused.
• Confident working independently and with teams at all levels.
• A positive, approachable and continuous improvement mindset.
• ISO 4501/ISO 14001 Auditor experience or qualifications would be an advantage.
