Next Generation Programme Manager

Help build the career pathways that will bring the next generation into a global industry. A leading international trade association is looking for a Programme Manager to develop and deliver an exciting programme focused on attracting young people and early-career talent into the industry. We are looking for someone who has built career pathways, skills programmes or industry initiatives connecting young people with employers and real career opportunities.

The Role

• Build and deliver a next-generation careers and talent programme
• Create pathways connecting young people, education and industry
• Develop careers, skills, outreach and engagement initiatives
• Build partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, employers and industry bodies
• Develop programmes including events, mentoring, networking, careers content and campaigns
• Create and grow a community of young and early-career professionals
• Bring employers and partners together around future skills and workforce needs
• Manage the programme from strategy and planning through to hands‑on delivery
