I’m partnered with a leading global retailer undergoing significant investment across its Digital Fulfilment and Home Delivery capability, and I’m looking for a Product Manager – Digital Fulfilment to join the team.
This is a newly created role with genuine ownership of the technology landscape supporting digital fulfilment. You’ll help shape how a major new fulfilment capability is integrated into the wider technology estate, while defining how the product evolves and scales longer term.
The role
You’ll own the product vision, roadmap, priorities and outcomes, working across Supply Chain, Digital, Operations, Engineering and Architecture.
This isn’t simply about managing a backlog. You’ll need to understand operational challenges, translate them into technology solutions, make prioritisation decisions and bring clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.
The roadmap will include areas such as:
- Warehouse & fulfilment technology
- Warehouse automation & robotics
- WMS and operational systems
- Systems integration
- Home-delivery technology
- Scaling capabilities across multiple sites and markets
You’ll be involved throughout the product lifecycle, from discovery and design through to implementation, operational adoption and continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for:
We’re particularly interested in Product Owners/Product Managers who have worked within Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, Fulfilment or Distribution.
Experience within Retail, Ecommerce, Grocery, Automotive, Logistics or another high-volume physical product environment would be highly relevant.
You’ll need strong product fundamentals, including the ability to build and communicate roadmaps, translate business requirements into technology outcomes, prioritise effectively and work across complex stakeholder groups.
Exposure to warehouse automation, robotics, AGVs, WMS or automated fulfilment technology would be a significant advantage.
