Resource & Talent Manager — AI Studio Operations

Sky’s NxGen unit seeks a Resource Manager in the UK to coordinate talent and resources across production, artists, and studio operations. You’ll shape staffing strategies, onboard freelancers, and ensure access to licences, hardware, and cloud resources for AI-driven workflows.

You’ll partner with the EP, Producers, and Tech teams to keep projects staffed, forecast needs, and resolve access issues, while maintaining smooth day-to-day operations in a hybrid Sky studio environment.
