Part-Time IT & Telecoms Support Specialist

Interaction Recruitment are recruiting for an IT & Telecoms Support Specialist in Peterborough on a part-time basis (25–26 hours per week) with a view to permanent employment. You will support telecoms, broadband, IT systems and projects across multiple sites, liaising with an external IT service provider.

You will onboard customers, act as the main contact with external providers, monitor SLAs and handle customer inquiries.
