IT Support Engineer — AI & Automation (On-site London)

RedTech in Central London is seeking an IT Support Engineer to take ownership of technical issues and provide high-quality end-user support across a fast-paced AI software company. The role covers systems administration, infrastructure, security and automation exposure, with a strong focus on hardware, software and connectivity troubleshooting.

Ideal candidates will have commercial IT support experience, a 2:1 or 1st in CS/IT/Engineering, and hands-on work with macOS, Microsoft 365 and Azure AD
