Automotive Service Advisor — Growth & Customer Experience

Lookers Limited is recruiting a Service Advisor to join our on-site Aftersales Team in Gateshead. You will book MOTs and services, upsell parts, and maintain customer communication with a focus on first-class service.

You will report to the Aftersales Manager and have training opportunities within an established dealer group. We require excellent verbal skills, a customer-centric approach, and experience in automotive aftersales.
