Lead Traffic Signals Design Engineer

Newcastle City Council is looking for a Senior Traffic Signals Design Engineer to lead a team designing traffic signal schemes across the North East. You will use simulation models and site-parameter calculations to optimise capacity and minimise delays, working with local authorities and private contractors.

You will support designers, ensure services are provided to programme and budget, and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
