At GXO Logistics, were looking for a Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our team in Lisburn, supporting one of the worlds most recognised brands, Coca-Cola. Youll be part of a fast-paced operation where your skills and experience will play a vital role in keeping products moving efficiently.
This is a full-time, permanent position working 12-hour rotating day and night shifts. With a minimum of three days off between rotations and seven consecutive days off every second month, youll benefit from an excellent work-life balance while building your career with global logistics leader.

What you will do on a typical day:
- Perform a range of duties related to the handling of stock items
- Ensure a smooth flow of products throughout the warehouse, from receipt to despatch
- Be proactive and responsible for Health and Safety to help minimise risks, hazards, and incidents
- Operate MHE in a safe manner and to required companys standards
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Previous experience driving Counterbalance FLT is essential
- Have a great attendance and punctuality
- Effective team member also taking ownership of your own work
