The job in a nutshell:
Essentially, your job will be to take mechanical projects from initial handover right through to completion, making sure everything is delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
Youll oversee multiple commercial mechanical fit-out and HVAC projects, managing budgets, procurement, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams, while acting as a key point of contact for clients.
Youll also monitor project progress, resolve technical or delivery issues and ensure all work complies with relevant health & safety, building regulations and industry standards.
Should you apply?
We think candidates with previous Mechanical Project Management experience within construction, M&E or Building
Services should apply.
Youll be particularly well suited if you have experience across HVAC, mechanical fit-out or mechanical installations, alongside strong commercial knowledge covering procurement, budgeting and cost control.
Youll need to be comfortable managing clients, subcontractors and project teams, with a full UK or Irish driving licence. A Mechanical Engineering or Building Services background would be highly advantageous.
