IPS Employment Specialist — Empower People to Work

Plymouth City Council is seeking an Employment Specialist to help people with health conditions, disabilities or complex barriers to find and sustain meaningful work in the local area.

Using the IPS model, you’ll provide personalised, empowering support to enable successful outcomes. We are a flexible employer offering adaptable working arrangements tailored to the role. Applicants with lived experience are welcomed, and DBS checks apply; closing date noted as 4 October.
