Healthcare Software Implementation Engineer – Equity & Remote

Heidi is seeking a Software Implementation Engineer to join our delivery-focused NHS deployment team. You will own the technical onboarding, account setup, integrations, and go-live activities, ensuring smooth configuration from SSO to data flows.

You’ll translate customer needs into precise technical requirements, collaborate with the Technical Program Manager and engineering, and drive fast unblocking and clean handovers. This is a hands-on yet strategic role in a hybrid UK-based environment.
