Senior Carer & Team Lead (Bank Shifts) – Training & Growth

Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a Bank Residential Senior Carer to provide person-centred care across shifts within our care home. You will lead a team of care staff, provide training, supervise duties and coordinate on-call coverage.

You will assist with administering and ordering medication, review and update resident care plans and risk assessments, and liaise with GPs, district nurses and residents’ families.
