We’re working with an established manufacturer in Lisburn to recruit a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team.

The Role:
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you’ll plan and schedule maintenance across sites, manage PPM routines and CMMS records, coordinate spares and resources, support reliability improvements and coach engineering teams while ensuring safe working practices.
The Requirements:
- Maintenance knowledge and the ability to plan and schedule engineering work
- Ability to prepare job plans, maintain CMMS records and coordinate resources
- Strong safety awareness, team coordination and problem-solving skills
