Night Shift Outbound Quality Lead – Warehouse Leader

AO is seeking a proactive Outbound Quality Lead to support our warehouse loading operations during the night shift at Crewe. You will lead with a hands-on approach, ensuring safety, efficiency and compliance while acting as the key link between frontline colleagues and management.

This role centers on coaching, enforcing high standards, delivering clear inductions for new starters, and conducting retraining and audits. It is a full-time, permanent night-shift position with weekly depot reviews.
