Senior Motion Designer: Lead Story-driven Motion & Brand

Ragged Edge is seeking a Senior Motion Designer to shape our motion output across projects from concept to final delivery. You’ll lead ideas, craft storytelling through animation, and collaborate with our teams to push motion systems that extend brand worlds.

You’ll mentor and upskill the creative team, stay ahead of tools and techniques, and balance multiple projects in a studio-first, hybrid environment with a strong emphasis on craft and quality.
