We’re looking for an experienced Clinical Development Lead to shape clinical development strategy for innovative diagnostic solutions across cardiovascular and metabolic diseases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global clinical development strategies and complex clinical programmes.
- Define clinical utility, intended use and evidence requirements.
- Partner with Regulatory Affairs on global submissions and health authority interactions.
- Build relationships with KOLs, academia and industry partners.
- Lead clinical communications, congresses, advisory boards and publications.
- Drive innovation, clinical excellence and early pipeline development.
- Coach and mentor colleagues across the organisation.
About You:
- MD or PhD in cardiology, metabolic diseases, obesity or a related field.
- Strong CVMD experience within diagnostics, pharma or academia.
- Proven IVD/medical device clinical study experience, including protocol design and reporting.
- Experience leading complex global programmes and cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, IVDR/IVDD, MDR, FDA and NMPA.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
