This role will play a key part in enhancing the student experience by providing priority support and guidance on exchange and study abroad programmes, particularly for Turing Scheme-sponsored students. If you have strong customer service and administrative skills and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

This is a full time, fixed term role for 8 months from 1st November with a possibility of extension until 31st August 2027 as per the Turing Scheme project cycle, with potential extension for another project cycle (12 months) depending on the Erasmus / funding outcomes of the following academic years.

  • Promoting Mobility Opportunities: Organise events, orientations, and communications to guide students and raise programme awareness.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Oversee financial and crisis management protocols for outgoing students.

What Skills Do I Need?

  • Customer Service: Experience in a client-facing role with strong communication skills.

  • Organisational Skills: Ability to manage events, contracts, and meet deadlines independently.
  • Attention to Detail: Experience with compliance and programme administration.
