Senior Real Estate Debt Origination Manager

Octopus Group in the UK is seeking an ambitious Investment Manager to originate, structure and execute commercial and development debt opportunities across the UK. This senior front-line role carries accountability for generating new business, converting opportunities and delivering lending targets.

You will leverage a strong network of brokers, borrowers and advisers, assess opportunities, structure lending solutions and carry transactions from enquiry through Credit Committee to completion.
