Female Live-In Complex Care Professional
Location: Colchester, Essex
Pay: £1,200 to £1,400 per week (depending on the provision) plus holiday pay accrual
Rota: To be confirmed, with a typical pattern of 2-3 weeks on, 2 weeks off

We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Female Live-In Complex Care Professional to support a 60-year-old female client in her own home in Colchester.
This is a rewarding opportunity to provide person-centred care and support to a client living with Motor Neurone Disease (MND), helping her maintain comfort, independence and quality of life.
Essential Experience
To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience in:
- Tracheostomy care
- Ventilation support
- Complex care provision within a home setting
- Supporting individuals with neurological conditions
- Delivering high-quality, person-centred care
