Head of Product Development — Sustainable Sleep

Naturalmat is seeking a Head of Product to lead the development of our natural, organic sleep range. You will work hands-on in the workshop and at a strategic level to shape the portfolio, extend the range thoughtfully, and ensure products are efficiently produced with sustainability at the core.

You will line-manage our Product Development & Buying Manager, drive certification and testing, and collaborate with marketing, showroom and ecommerce teams to launch innovations.
