Senior Procurement Lead: Strategy & Savings

The City of Edinburgh Council is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist based at Waverley Court in Edinburgh. You will lead end-to-end procurement projects, manage resources, mentor staff and drive savings through strategic sourcing initiatives.

You will engage with suppliers, develop commodity strategies, ensure compliance with contracts and legislation, and promote sustainable procurement while delivering value for money for the Council in Edinburgh.
