Job Description:
NHS Dumfries and Galloway invites applications to join the Community Directorate Pharmacy Team within the Wigtownshire Cluster. The team delivers GP practice clinical pharmacy services across GP practices and hubs, supporting medicines management and medication reviews as part of the primary care multidisciplinary team.
You will provide a clinical service to patients, undertake assessments in GP practice clinics, conduct polypharmacy reviews, and respond to medicines queries.
