Community Equity & Engagement Specialist

Blue Arrow in Cambridge is seeking a Community Equity Officer to support the development and delivery of equity and diversity objectives for the council. The role focuses on engaging marginalised communities, analysing consultation findings, and informing policy.

You’ll work with internal teams and partners to ensure compliance with equality-related legislation, administer funding for community events, and help drive improvements through the Inclusion and Equity Panel.
