Older Adults Community Mental Health Nurse – Make a Difference

NHS Highland is seeking a Community Mental Health Nurse to join the Older Adult Team in Caithness. You will assess and manage care for adults over 65 with mental ill health, developing plans with patients and carers and monitoring medications.

You will work within an MDT, liaise with psychiatrists and primary care services, and may supervise students and support workers. A driving licence is essential for this role. This is a permanent full-time post requiring registration with the NMC.
