Description

• Part Time Locum Dentist required – 3 days per week for a busy mixed practice in Bristol
• £600 per day 30 UDA Target average per month £14 per UDA for over or under achievement OR £17 per UDA if preferred
• 50% split on Private & Labs
• Monday, Friday and Saturday available
• Large, modern 18-surgery practice

• Fully digital surgeries with the latest equipment and materials
• CBCT Scanner and Intraoral Scanner onsite
• Digital X-rays and Rotary Endodontics in each surgery
• Experienced Orthodontic Therapists and clinical team
• Treatment Co-ordinator to support private patient conversion and help grow private income
• Dedicated clinical and managerial support
• Fully qualified and experienced Dental Nurses
• Friendly, supportive and well-established practice team
• Excellent private treatment potential
• Available now, start date negotiable

Compliance requirements

• Full NHS Performer Number
• Local Area Team confirmation
• GDC certificate
• UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
• Indemnity certificate
• Passport
• Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
• Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
• Degree certificate
• CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
• IRMER
• PIN number
