Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Project Manager with extensive experience in managing complex software development projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of .NET technologies and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams and ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple software development projects using .NET technologies from initiation to closure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and project management methodologies.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, etc.) is a deal breaker.
• Proven experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS). Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Knowledge of database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle). Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in project management, with a focus on .NET development.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering software projects on time and within budget.
