Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Transformation Manager for a 12-month fixed-term/secondment opportunity. The post is based at the Trust with cross-cover to Stockport Foundation Trust; home-working is an optional 1 day per week.
