Lead Children’s Home Manager — Trauma‑Informed Care

The Priory Group is seeking an experienced Registered Manager for The Lighthouse in Stroud. This leadership role oversees a specialist 5-bed residential home for young females (13–18) with mental health needs.

You will drive regulatory compliance, high-quality care planning and safeguarding, while developing a skilled care team. Ideal candidates hold a Level 5 Diploma or equivalent and have a successful track record at manager or deputy level in children’s residential care.
