Lead Design Manager – Overhead Lines & Energy Projects

M organ Sindall Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Design Manager to join our Energy Business Unit in Motherwell. You will lead design across tenders and live projects, ensuring compliant, integrated solutions while working with clients, consultants and delivery teams to drive innovation and value.

You will coordinate design management, chair reviews and workshops, and ensure outputs meet briefs, specifications and statutory obligations.
