Operations Manager: Compliance & Process Excellence

Saab UK is seeking an Operations Manager for the BlueBear Business in Bedfordshire. The role delivers governance, compliance, trials and coordination with a focus on continuous improvement and KPI tracking to enhance operations and Saab UK integration.

You will drive process standardisation, manage critical compliance areas including export control, health & safety and security, and lead risk and business continuity initiatives while coordinating internal audits and training.
