Building Regulations Consultant — Lead Compliance & Design

Monaghans in Sheffield is seeking an experienced Building Regulations Consultant to join our Built Asset Consultancy. You will work across England & Wales on projects spanning commercial, residential, leisure and retail sectors, focusing on compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022.

In this role you will deliver Principal Designer (Building Regulations) services, conduct plan reviews, technical audits and provide guidance on fire safety and regulatory requirements to project teams.
