Regional Sales Lead – Defence Tech & New Markets

SoCode Limited is seeking an accomplished business development professional with a strong technical understanding of defence, electronic warfare, RF systems, wireless communications, sensing or radar. You will lead the commercial growth of a technology-led engineering business and identify opportunities outside the defence sector.

The role is hybrid with a Cambridgeshire office, offering a base salary up to £100,000 plus a 100% upside (£200,000 total compensation), car allowance, and benefits.
