Oliver Rae is recruiting for a Health and Safety Manager in Stourbridge to own health, safety and environmental compliance across two heavy manufacturing sites. The role is hands-on, with active shop floor engagement and strong focus on cultural safety improvements.

The ideal candidate will drive ISO certifications, manage permits and regulatory requirements, and lead continuous improvement across operations. Flexible hours and part-time considered for this role.
