Moneybox is a wealth management platform helping over one and a half million people build wealth through saving and investing, buying a first home, and planning for retirement.

Задачи:

• Ensure the quality of Moneybox products as a senior member of the QA team;
• Deliver large and complex projects as the sole QA on a squad, managing competing workstreams through prioritisation and time management;
• Foster a “quality is everyone’s responsibility” philosophy and influence team members to prioritise risk-based testing;
• Collaborate with stakeholders and Compliance to define testing and release strategies balancing risk, speed, and quality;
• Run cross-functional meetings such as amigos, go/no-go sessions, and incident meetings;
• Advocate for AI tools and agents throughout the testing lifecycle while applying human critical thinking to validate outcomes;
• Assess features for test automation suitability and collaborate with engineers and the Automation team to build and promote stable end-to-end automation;
• Mentor and coach QA team members and support departmental operations, learning, and innovation;
• Represent Moneybox externally in the tech community and bring new ideas back to the team.

Требования:

• 5+ Years of broad QA experience, including several years in a Senior or Lead QA role;
• Excellent understanding of testing techniques;
• Experience coaching and mentoring others in testing practices;
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams with developers;
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills;
• Experience designing and implementing comprehensive test plans;
• Experience contributing to automation frameworks for complex cross-functional projects;
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a pragmatic approach to bug reporting;
• Understanding of risk, impact, and dependencies;
• Extensive backend testing experience covering complex logic, APIs, databases, migrations, and third-party integrations;
• Deep understanding of testing mobile apps and web technologies;
• Broad experience with automated testing techniques;
• Experience designing and implementing test data strategies;
• Experience using AI tools to improve testing efficiency;
• Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and foster quality ownership;
• Nice to have: experience with payments or transactions.
