TradePoint Growth Manager — Build Trade Partnerships & Revenue

B&Q is seeking a Trade Business Development Manager to drive growth across our Wakefield and Dewsbury locations. This full-time role (36.75 hours per week) is a permanent position focused on growing a defined book of TradePoint members, with a strong emphasis on profit margins and repeat project spend.

You will build and manage a structured pipeline, network for leads, and collaborate with store and B2B teams to unlock incremental growth. A full driving license is required.
