Sales Founder for B2B HR Tech — Scale & Strategize

Happy Tree Cards, based in London, is seeking a founder-level sales leader to own and execute the organisation’s sales strategy. You will focus on People teams, HR leaders, and workplace operators to build a repeatable pipeline and close high-quality opportunities.

You will work closely with the founder and product team to sharpen ICPs, craft messaging, and scale the commercial engine while shaping pricing, packaging and onboarding for a growing SaaS product. Hybrid work in London is expected.
